THQ Nordic has a lot of games in development, so inevitably, we might expect a few absentees during the last showcase of the publisher. We thought that Gothic Remake, developed by Alkimia Interactive, was going to be one of those absent, but no, the game did get a segment during the conference. Finally, it is quickly said, since despite its presence, the game did not really show very interesting images, apart from a rather obscure teaser.
A tour in the mines
This teaser therefore takes us to the side of the mine and there is no doubt that these environments will bring back some memories to those who have played the original RPG. We can therefore have a better overview of the engine used and the visual improvements made since the last presentation of the game, but that’s all.
No gameplay to get your teeth into, and you can imagine, no date has been announced either. The output of Gothic Remake is still very far from us, and this meager glimpse only confirms it.
Hoping to know more soon, this Gothic Remake is expected on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
