The government of Río Negro announced this Friday that will pay the extraordinary bonus of 60,000 pesos to all teaching workers and justified the measure “within the framework of the resolution of the last congress of the Río Negro Workers Union which decided not to reject the salary offer.”
The official communication states that «as a gesture of dialogue and with the aim of continuing to work to reach an agreement will pay the teachers the one-time exceptional bonus on March 27″ and “will soon call a new joint meeting”, although the date is not specified.
“We have always maintained that the tool is dialogue,” said the Minister of Education, Patricia Campos, adding that «with open classrooms it is constructed in a different way and word and consensus become essential, “even in this socioeconomic context in which the families of our students are also directly affected by the lack of work and the inflationary process.”
