Grey’s Anatomy: Japril’s Return
Grey’s Anatomy fans are happy to see just two of their favorite characters have made a comeback to the series. They are indeed Jackson Avery and April Kepner.
The two characters played by Jesse Williams and Sarah Drew marked the fans of Grey’s Anatomy. As a reminder, the American actress had left the medical series in season 14.
Jesse Williams on his side left recently. Indeed, the young actor had announced his departure during the 17th season of Grey’s Anatomy. A smooth start.
Today, as the series has just marked the end of its 18th season, the emblematic couple was back for the finale. A finale which also marks the 400th episode of the famous series by Shonda Rhimes! Just that.
For the occasion, the writers have planned some surprises for the fans. First of all, episode 400 has been extended to last a good 2 hours.
Then the couple Japril has made a comeback on our small screens. Indeed, April and Jackson found themselves when the latter had decided to leave Seattle to go live in Boston.
Separated from her husband, April decided to follow him with their daughter. The little family will therefore be reunited again.
In the meantime, the two ex-spouses exchanged a tender kiss in the hospital elevator. Actress Sarah Drew reflects on this romantic moment.

In the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy, April Kepner et Jackson Avery exchange a sweet kiss in the elevator. Actress Sarah Drew also thinks that fans would have preferred a much more intense kiss. But she has a logical explanation as to why that wasn’t the case.
” He works. He seemed stressed… We don’t kiss in the elevator. » she clarified. “He’s not going to slam me against the elevator wall at the end of this long day” explains the Grey’s Anatomy actress. Before adding: “Also, their daughter Harriet slept in her stroller in the elevator with them.”
Sarah Drew then added that she knew that the fans had a real passion for the Japril couple. She also encourages fans to watch the rest of the series for see how things will evolve.
The end of the 18th season of the series Grey’s Anatomy will therefore have lived up to the expectations of fans. After 2 hours of intrigue, they discover that the the hospital’s residency program is closing.
