Canadian singer Grimes intends to take the whimsical billionaire Elon Musk to court to determine a parental custody plan for their three children, several media reported Tuesday.
The request for a judge to establish parental custody rules for the children of the couple – who have never been married – was filed before a judge in California last Friday.
Details of the request were not specified.
This development comes on the heels of a message Grimes posted on the social network X, owned by her former flame, in which she suggested that Elon Musk was preventing her from seeing one of her sons. This post has since been deleted.
The two celebrities dated from 2018 to 2021, during which time they had three children: X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk and Tau Techno Mechanicus.
The existence of the couple’s third child, Tau, was only revealed last September in a biography about the billionaire, written by journalist Walter Isaacson.
Elon Musk has a total of 11 children, including twins and triplets.
