HAGL hopes VPF can confirm the advertisement outside Pleiku stadium

As reported by Dan Viet, on the afternoon of January 31, VPF organized to announce the main sponsor of V.League 2023 Ngoc Linh Kon Tum K5 Ginseng Group with the energy drink brand Night Wolf.

Before and after, VPF affirms that HAGL must absolutely comply with the details stated in Official Dispatch No. 16 that VPF has sent to HAGL.

Specifically: “In the framework of the 2023 Night Wolf National Championship Football Tournament, with specific sponsorship regulations according to the Professional Football Regulations, the Tournament Charter and VPF’s announcement: The exclusive line of the house main sponsor V.League 2023 is energy drink.The main sponsor of the tournament has the right to promote exclusively in propaganda activities, press conferences, placing billboards and other commercial activities related to the tournament.

Therefore, VPF recommends HAGL Club not to use images of Carabao energy drinks within the scope of activities related to the Night Wolf V.League 2023, such as: Placing boards on the field, logos on the jerseys, side activities at the official training and competition day at Pleiku Stadium, the identity of the tournament… For the development of Vietnamese professional football, VPF is looking forward to receiving the support and cooperation cooperation of HAGL Club”.

In response, today, Mr. Nguyen Tan Anh – CEO of HAGL signed Official Letter No. 31 to VPF to confirm some details, thereby facilitating the negotiation process with HAGL’s Thai sponsor. (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”).

The official letter confirms that HAGL is negotiating with the sponsor and needs to reconfirm that it is only allowed to print the Sponsor Logo (without the words Energy drinks in English and Vietnamese) on items such as: HAGL’s competition and training clothes; on the identity categories of the tournament; content on LED board and Pleiku yard hard board…

In particular, HAGL is allowed to arrange a private room (outside the VIP area, press conference room…) to welcome guests and use sponsor’s products.

Sponsors of HAGL are also allowed to test out products outside of Pleiku and the official stadium when visiting other localities as guests.

The official letter closes: “We look forward to receiving the confirmation from VPF Company as soon as possible to respond to the sponsor”.
