Lithuanian handball players hopelessly lost to the Hungarian national team, which came without most of its main players, 31:46 (14:22) in Klaipėda on Thursday and did not rise from the last place in the 6th selection group.

The 16th European Men’s Handball Championships will be held on January 10-28, 2024 in Germany.
The host Germany and the winners of the previous championships, Sweden, Spain and Denmark, entered the final part without selection. Austria, France, Hungary, Portugal and Slovenia have already qualified for Germany in the qualifying tournament.
