Haris Rauf | Pak pacer slaps player in the face for giving up the first catch while taking a wicket

Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf slaps teammate in the face for catching him during Pakistan Super League (PSL) match. The incident took place during a match between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi in the league yesterday. Lahore Khalanders star Harris Rauf beat his teammate Kamran Ghulam. Ghulam, who lost his catch earlier in the same over, was hit in the face while celebrating the wicket with his teammates. The video of Rauf slapping Ghulami in the face went viral on social media.

The incident happened in the second over of Peshawar Salmi’s innings. Rauf’s second ball of the over was caught by Peshawar’s Hazratullah Zazai. Rauf then dismissed Mohammad Harris in the fifth ball of the same over. Harris Fawad, who attempted a huge shot against Rauf, was caught by Mohammed. Rauf slapped Ghulam in the face as he celebrated Harris’ wicket. Ghulam arrived with Rauf and his teammates to celebrate the fall of the wicket. Rauf cheered as he slapped Ghulam’s hands, but the player then slapped Ghulam in the face.

Rauf’s quick reaction but the incident did not go into big trouble as Ghulam took on the sportsman spirit. Ghulam responded with a smile to Rauf’s response and continued to celebrate with his companions. But Rauf still looks angry. A group of fans have taken to social media to protest against Rauf’s hot reaction.
