After the Ibiza scandal, former Austrian Vice Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache is making headlines again. Like from a short clip that «TodayAccording to reports, Strache got into an argument with a security guard in a well-known club in Vienna. Suddenly he wants to approach the man, another one holds the politician. The ex-Vice Chancellor, who has fallen so far, does not accept this and attacks his opponent.
He falters and Strache strikes again. A commotion then breaks out; you can see how close men try to calm the ex-vice-chancellor and hold him down.
As can be seen from a posting on Strache’s Facebook page, the politician was invited to speak at an investor event with, among others, Ukrainian entrepreneurs at the Vienna Hotel Park Hyatt on Friday evening.
Fell asleep in the VIP area
The group then went to the club not far away. Strache is said to have celebrated there in a good mood until the early hours of the morning. At three o’clock Strache is said to have fallen asleep while sitting in the VIP area. When the security wanted to wake him up, he attacked the security staff. A rude fight ensued: It took a while until the short-tempered ex-FPÖ leader calmed down again.
While the incident was confirmed by several sources, Strache himself did not yet comment on the allegations of beating. The politician has so far left an inquiry from “Today” unanswered.
