A news report circulated during the past months on some news sites, citing Lebanese newspapers, in which he indicated that more than 6 years have passed since the departure of the great Lebanese singer Sabah, a strange story has spread on the communication sites, told by the guard of Shahroura’s grave.
According to what the cemetery guard said in statements to the Lebanese newspaper “An-Nahar” at the end of last year, he said that he had been watching snakes emerging from the tomb of the singer Sabah during the last period.
The cemetery guard added in his statements to “An-Nahar” that at first he thought that all these situations might be pure fantasies, but he made sure of the issue and fled.
Although the accounts of the cemetery guard do not have any delay, this story spread widely on more than one occasion after the death of the late singer Sabah, but some of her fans doubted that incident.
In a related context, the Lebanese newspaper “Al-Diyar” referred to the incident, as it stated in one of the reports published on the newspaper: “All people pass on myths attributed to religion and believe them.
They are affected by it and their tears “gurgle” out of faith when they read it, and since these legends are falsely attached to religion, they are more believable, so hundreds of “religious” believe that snakes come out of the morning grave and that the cemetery guard escaped from the horror of what he witnessed.
And all of this, of course, because she was an artist, and because she lived her life according to standards that do not resemble the standards of the society that perpetrates a woman while she is alive and reproaches her with her victories, including her voice, which in their concepts has become a shame!
