The time has come to take the first bite and share the first impressions: “It’s tasty, but the flavor is very mild. The chard does not have such an intense flavor. But it’s good, it’s like an empanada,” said the young man, making the comparison with another typical dish from Argentina.
But the similarities did not end there, he also found a relationship with a Spanish dish: “Here in Spain, there are some Galician empanadas that have a dough very similar to this one. Does this have an egg, right? Well, it’s rich.”
