The grandfather of the adolescents, aged 12 and 13, filed a complaint at the Perijá Police Coordination Center.
A commission from the Machiques Police Coordination Center, Zulia state, investigated the alleged rape of two minors and arrested two individuals for these events.
The victims, as reported by the police force on social networks, ended up drinking adulterated coffee and lost consciousness, for which the sexual assault was later committed.
The grandfather of the adolescents, aged 12 and 13, filed a complaint at the Perijá Police Coordination Center.
Immediately, the agents captured one of those involved. However, the other individual managed to escape and is still on the run.
The minors, for their part, were taken to the Toribio Bescone Hospital, where they received medical treatment.
The Prosecutor’s Office will be in charge of analyzing the toxicological tests that were carried out on both girls, so that the investigation of the case will continue.
