Berntsen, 55 years old, is a doctor graduated from the National University of La Plata, he has extensive experience in management and administration in health institutions, both public and private, he is a senior specialist in intensive care and in legal medicine and forensic practices, being a medical expert, as well as a technical consultant for justice in Civil and Criminal jurisdictions.

With more than 25 years of experience at Grupo Galeno, Berntsen, “professionally covered different areas and services of the company, until he became head of Intensive Care at the Sanatorio de la Trinidad Quilmes and later its medical director, for 20 years,” according to a press release.
