Météo France predicts a rise in temperatures with a peak of heat this weekend and which could be more lasting in the south-eastern quarter of the country and in Corsica.

From Saturday July 8, Météo France places 15 departments located in the east of the country on heatwave yellow vigilance, from Alsace to the Lyon region, as far as the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur region and Corsica: Ain (01), Alpes-Maritimes (06), Ardèche (07), Corse-du-Sud (2A), Haute-Corse (2B), Côte-d’Or (21), Drôme (26), Isère (38) ), Jura (39), Bas-Rhin (67), Haut-Rhin (68), Rhône (69), Saône-et-Loire (71), Var (83) and Vaucluse (84).
The duration of this episode is not yet fully known, but the Southeast should be permanently affected. The rest of France will stay away from the heat wave risk.

Employers must assess the risks and take the necessary decisions, in particular the organization of working hours in order to limit the exposure of employees to the highest temperatures of the day and the postponement of heavy tasks, particularly in the construction sector. and public works.
