Specializing in high-end real estate, the Engels&Völkers group of real estate agencies will disappear from the Brussels landscape on Monday, after 17 years of presence, report our colleagues from Trends Tendances. The brand’s signs will be removed from the eight Brussels agencies on Monday. They will be replaced by a new John Steed Real Estate ‘brand’. The reason ? A conflict between the one who established the brand in Belgium but also in France, Luxembourg and Monaco Philippe Rosy and the German parent company.
