The Hisense C1 TriChroma Laser mini projector has officially launched in countries around the world, following a launch in China earlier this year in China at the beginning of the year. The triple-laser device can project images between 65 and 300 inches (~165 and 762 cm) wide, the largest screen size currently offered by Hisense, with a projection ratio of 1.2:1 . The light source, which is expected to last more than 25,000 hours, delivers a brightness of 1,600 ANSI lumens, with a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1
The 4K UHD C1 projector covers 110% of the BT.2020 color space for vibrant colors, supporting Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG formats. You can perfect the image with the automatic keystone correction and autofocus tools, which the brand calls Auto Magic AI adjustment. The new gadget uses Hisense’s VIDAA Smart TV OS, which lets you stream content from Apple TV, Netflix, and Disney+. You can also stream content from a mobile device using Miracast or Apple AirPlay, and the projector also works with Apple HomeKit. The device’s ports include HDMI 2.1 (ALLM), HDMI 2.0, USB 3.0, and audio output. Additionally, you can control the device with Amazon Alexa voice commands.
Other features include MEMC motion smoothing, 20W integrated speakers from JBL, compatible with Dolby Atmos, and a 0.47″ DMS chipset. Hisense suggests the gadget is portable, measuring 9.7″ x 7.1 x 8.5 inches (~24.6 x 18.0 x 21.6 cm) and weighing 10.1 pounds (~4.6 kg).
