Previously, on February 15, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City held a meeting with 18 real estate businesses that are facing many difficulties and problems. 7 projects will be removed at the meeting of leaders of Ho Chi Minh City with 6 businesses, including: Project of commercial center and luxury apartments on Ben Nghe street, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7; Project of Tan Thang Sports and Residential Complex, Tan Ky Ward, Tan Phu District;
Cuu Long Apartment Project – No. 1 Ton That Thuyet Street, Ward 1, District 4; Song Viet Complex Project – works at Lot 1-7, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Thu Duc City; Thien Ly Residential Area Project in Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City; 30.2 ha project in Binh Khanh ward, Thu Duc city and Co Giang apartment project, Co Giang ward, district 1.
At a nationwide online conference to remove and promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market, chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Bui Xuan Cuong said that Ho Chi Minh City will focus on solving problems related to investment procedures for social housing projects, worker accommodation, renovating old apartment buildings. Specifically, the city is currently focusing on 18 priority social housing projects as well as 16 degraded apartment projects to promote in 2023.
Ho Chi Minh City will set up a working group to remove difficulties and obstacles of real estate projects. Currently, there are about 116 projects, of which 3 priority projects focus on solving and handling completely.
