This Wednesday an event took place in Viedma in which the governor, Arabela Carreras, made official the delivery of new police phones for the Río Negro police. Different cities in the Alto Valle confirmed the delivery of the new patrol cars. I know how many they received in the area.
The event took place this morning in Viedma, where Governor Carreras delivered 40 new patrol cars and 30 equipped motorcycles to the Río Negro Police. These vehicles will be distributed throughout the province and will strengthen the Force’s vehicle fleet.
In the case of Cipolletti, It was learned that he received six cars and a motorcycle. They announced that the vehicles will be distributed among different police stations.
As explained by the provincial police force, three Fiat Cronos brand cars will be added that will be assigned to the 4th Police Station. In addition, two other vehicles will be for the 24th Police Station in the Don Bosco neighborhood and one for the 32nd Police Station located in the northern area. While the smaller vehicle will be received by the Motorized Support Brigade (BMA).
In Catriel, the mayor, Viviana Germanier assured that the local police force received a new vehicle.
“This new mobile phone that we manage before the Provincial Government represents an important step in strengthening security in our community,” he highlighted.
While in Fernández Oro, the mayor, Mariano Lavín, was present at the event and announced that the city received a new police vehicle. He explained that it is a four-door Fiat Cronos 1.3, Sedan type, bodywork and equipped.
Various municipal and provincial authorities participated in the event..
