ACTRESS and young entrepreneur, Prilly Latuconsina has her own tips and methods for maintaining her health and fitness so that she can run smoothly when fasting. One of them is managing a balanced diet.

“Personally, I try to always break my fast with healthy food and drinks. “If you break your fast with something sweet, it can be misinterpreted, for example, like drinking syrup, eating sugar, eating lots of all kinds of things, even though that’s not what it means,” said Prilly in Jakarta, Monday (18/3).

The star of the film “Hangout” explained that breaking the fast with something sweet does not mean being confused with consuming ultra-processed foods and drinks that are unhealthy for the body. The 28 year old woman emphasized that the term sweet here refers to dates and milk, which are not only sweet but also healthy.

“If it’s sweet, it’s a healthy type of sweet food. If it’s sweet, I usually prefer to just eat dates according to the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad,” said the woman who is currently pursuing her hobby of fishing.

The star of the film “Danur” emphasized that after breaking the fast with a sweet and healthy snack, he would immediately perform the Maghrib prayer and then continue by eating heavy food such as rice with healthy side dishes.

“I immediately eat heavily, usually rice, then for example a side dish of chicken, then there must be vegetables. “So avoid fried fruit ice like that,” he said.

Prilly realizes how important it is to look good and fit as someone who has a career in the entertainment world. Moreover, he is now almost three years old, so the type of consumption must be managed properly.

“Because I reduce the sugar content and reduce fried foods. So there are no small meals like that, just eat heavy meals. Avoid calories that are not important,” concluded Prilly.

Prilly Latuconsina also doesn’t want to get sick or have her physical shape change drastically by not maintaining a natural diet.

“I’ll be 30 in two years, so I’m thinking about how, even though I’m 30, I still have to look like I’m 18,” said Prilly Latuconsina jokingly.

Prilly also revealed that her agenda for breaking fast together was already full during the holy month of Ramadan this year. It was so busy that Maxime’s ex-girlfriend had difficulty arranging breakfast time with his family at home.

“Full. “The month of Ramadan is not empty, you can freely break out with your family at home, instead it is full,” said Prilly Latuconsina.

Despite this, Prilly now claims to be living independently by living in an apartment so that her sahur activities are carried out independently by cooking without help from other people.

“I like to go to the office early in the morning, so I live in an apartment in South Jakarta. “Usually outside of Ramadan you have to cook yourself and during Ramadan sahur you also cook yourself,” he said. (Z-3)
