How to change audio focus in Apple Fitness+ workouts

2023-12-26 10:30:00

O Apple Fitness+ arrived to make life easier for those who need to exercise regardless of where they are.

Using just an Apple Watch or iPhone, you can follow the hundreds of classes available with teachers specialized in the most different modalities — such as dance, pilates, HIIT and cycling, for example.

A feature recently added by the service allows you to choose what will be the focus of the audio currently being listened to: whether that of the coach or the music being played. This ends up, of course, making your exercise experience even more personalized.

See how to proceed! ????

How to change Fitness+ audio focus on iPhone/iPad

Open the Fitness app on your iPhone or iPad, select and start the desired exercise (in the case of iPhone, you need to tap the “Fitness+” tab).

Then, select the button represented by three dots (in the bottom right corner), go to “Audio Focus” and choose between “Trainer” or “Music”.

Open the Fitness app, select the exercise you want and start doing it. Then, with the help of the Siri Remote or iPhone/iPad, select the button represented by sound waves, the audio focus option and one of the same two options.

Apple Fitness+ is the first fitness service made for the Apple Watch — and now also works for those who don’t have the watch —, with guided workouts and meditations for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. With it, users can exercise wherever and whenever is most convenient. Fitness+ has training programs for pregnant women, the elderly and beginners, it costs R$29.90 per month (or R$149.90 per year) and is also part of the company’s subscription package, Apple One Premium.
