How to Create a Twitter Community on iPhone/iPad
Open the Twitter app, tap your photo (in the top left corner) and go to “Communities”. Then, select the icon with two stick figures and a “+” symbol (in the upper right corner) and follow the steps to create it — how to enter a name, its purpose and whether you want it to open (anyone can enter ) or restricted (in which case you must approve users’ entry).
It is also possible to activate an option that automatically approves the entry of people invited by existing members.
After all that, go to “Save”. With it created, tap the icon represented by a gear (at the top right) to manage it, such as adding its rules and community moderators.
