Did you know that we can have several different computers inside one? That’s more or less how Windows users work. Each person can have a different password-protected “desktop”. Files created within that user are only available to those who have access to the password, protecting the privacy of members.

1- On the home screen, click the button Start or press the Windows key;

2- The start menu is open. Click on the icon settings. If for some reason it is not showing up for you, simply type settings in the search bar above;

3- We are in the Windows settings menu. Here you can access and customize various functions of the new Windows 11. But for now, we will click on Accounts;

4- Here you have access to your Microsoft account that is logged into the system. click in Family and other users;

5- In this part you have several options. If you want, you can use the family system, we’ll teach you how to configure it in another tutorial. To create a user, press the blue button add account;

6- Here you can login with your microsoft account and proceed if you prefer. Microsoft account is useful as you can use Outlook features like Onedrive to save resources in the cloud. If you are not going to take advantage of this system, click on I don’t have that person’s sign-in information;

7- Now in Add a user without a Microsoft account;

8- Now you fill in the fields with the data you prefer. Use a password that is easy to remember, as you will have to use it every time you log in to the user;

9- Ready! You have successfully created a new user! Now, to access it, you can simply click on the Start and then on the user you just created. It will also be available when you restart your computer.

10- To delete it, you go back to step 5 of this guide and click on Remover in the user you want;

11- Now click on Delete account and data.
