AirPods Pro have Advanced Options As the Ambient mode to better hear low voices and adjust surrounding sounds to your hearing needs. With AirPods Pro, you can also use the adaptive transparency to reduce loud sounds around you.
When you turn on Ambient mode, the Hearing Aid Fittings setting may change the way you hear your own voice or increase the noise level around you. you may need adjust this setting to find the level that is optimal for you. To set it up correctly, you can start from a lower level by adjusting the tone slider and gradually increase to the setting that is most suitable for hearing people’s voices or the natural sound around you. To customize Ambient mode settings, follow the steps below:
- Check that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
- Put on the AirPods Pro and connect them to the iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/visual > Hearing aid fittings > Ambient mode.
- Tap Customize Ambient mode and turn the feature on.
To adjust the audio volume balance between the left and right channels, adjust the Ambient mode Balance slider. You can also adjust Ambient mode settings using the Hearing button in Control Center.
Use Speech Amplification on AirPods Pro
