Steps to improve the quality of your iPhone camera:
1- Go to Settings and select Camera.
2- Click on the first option, Format.
3- Choose the second most compatible option.
4- Below you will find Apple ProRaw. If your phone is a recent version, do it and choose the highest resolution.
5- Launch Apple ProRes.
6- Go back to the camera settings option and set the shooting resolution to 4K at 60 frames per second.
