The General Administration for Women’s Affairs and the Equal Opportunities Unit in the Ministry of Justice organized the event Military production An awareness seminar entitled “Factors Motivating Mental Health”, in light of the directives of Eng. Mohamed Salah El-Din Mustafa, Minister of State Military Production Organizing awareness seminars for male and female workers in various companies and subsidiaries.
Military Production organizes an awareness seminar on mental health
The media advisor to the Minister of State for Military Production and official spokesperson for the ministry, Muhammad Eid Bakr, stated that holding these seminars aims to educate workers on how to achieve psychological stability in which the individual is compatible with himself and adapts to his capabilities and his awareness of his strengths and weaknesses, which is reflected positively on his productivity and his effective contribution to his society and environment. Pointing out that Minister “Mohamed Salah” believes that military production workers are his real capital and are considered among the builders of the new republic, which represents a breakthrough towards transforming challenges into promising development opportunities. Therefore, educational awareness seminars are organized for military production workers in various fields of knowledge (cultural – social). – health – religious) in implementation of the Minister’s directives to develop their intellectual capabilities, inform them of their rights and duties, and spread their cultural awareness.
Amal Abdel Khaleq, Director General of the General Administration for Women’s Affairs and Head of the Equal Opportunities Unit, explained that a number of male and female workers representing various companies and units of the Ministry of Military Production attended the seminar. How to deal properly with children, as well as methods of positive social interaction.
