How to lose weight without effort – a nutritionist gives necessary advice

Dr. Waad Amin, a clinical nutritionist, denied the existence of a drink or medicine that helps to lose weight without effort, warning once morest being drawn to natural recipes.

Amin recommended the need to quit wrong eating habits immediately when wanting to lose excess weight, because gradually reducing foods that cause obesity, such as fried foods, does not help to stop them in the long run.

The nutritionist added that a healthy diet is not enough to get rid of excess weight, but attention should also be paid to exercising on a daily basis, in addition to calculating calories.
