People who are holders of a prepaid medical plan and have a net income of less than six Minimum, Vital and Mobile Salaries (SMVM), can request the quota increase cap up to 90% of the Average Taxable Remuneration Index of Stable Workers (RIPTE) of the immediately preceding month published, for a period of 18 consecutive months.
