O Freeform was launched last year and aims to allow you to create frames to attach practically anything you want: photos, videos, drawings and texts. More than that, it makes it possible to share these frames with other users — ideal for brainstormsfor example.

With the arrival of iOS/iPadOS 17 and macOS Sonoma 14, Apple brought some new features, such as new writing tools and the ability to see, in real time, where other participants are and follow their work.

See how to use this second option out there! ????

How to track what Freeform panelists do on your iPhone/iPad

Open Freeform and go to a board that’s been shared with others.

Then, activate “Participant Cursors” to see what they are doing. By going to the button represented by three dots (next to the person’s name) and then “Follow”, you can also check the view of people’s board while they are working on it. To stop this, simply select “Stop”.

How to track what Freeform board members do on Mac

Open a shared Freeform board, click the participant’s name (at the top), and turn on “Participant Cursors” to highlight what they’re doing.

To follow their work, hover your mouse over the participant’s name, go to the icon with three dots and choose “Follow”. To finish, click “Stop”.

Pretty cool, don’t you think?! ????
