According to exclusive information of the “Labor Market”, the announcement for the DE specialties concerns 2,800 positions and the ASEP is currently processing the requests registered by the Ministry of the Interior.
A little further back is the announcement for the HR specialties, for which the Independent Authority is awaiting the registration of requests from the urgent ministry. For the Compulsory Education positions, 1,100 requests have been made so far.
In total, both competitions are expected to fill vacancies for 3,900 permanent employees. According to the same information, these announcements will be ready by the summer and once the “green light” is given by the government they will be sent for publication to the National Printing Office.
The entities that are high on the list for staff absorption are municipalities, regions, insurance funds, schools, chambers, DEKO, ministries and supervised entities.
The specialties for the DE positions are: Department of Administrative-Accounting, Department of Administrative Secretaries, Department of Office Clerks, Department of Telephone Operators, Department of Social Care Workers, Department of Nursing Assistants, Department of Informatics, Department of Computer Personnel, Department of Craftsmen, Department of Cooks, Department of Construction Works, Department of Electricians, Department of Electronics, Department of Electricians, DE Heaters, DE Mechanics, DE Mechanical Technicians – Maintenance, DE Plumbers, DE Aluminum Craftsmen, DE Refrigeration, DE Drivers, DE Carpenters, DE Artergat, DE Construction Machinery Operators and DE Catering Staff. The specialties for HR positions are: HR Clerks, HR Clerks, HR General Duties, HR Bankers, HR Internal Cleaning. Domestic/Ext. Horon and Horticulture Department.
Scoring criteria
Graduates of the DE branch are graded as follows: grade of basic degree (reduced to the 10-point scale, since the grade is on a 20-point scale) calculated with two decimal places (without rounding) – Grade × 60 points.
Second degree in a subject related to the academic subject of the position and of the same educational level (level) as the degree required according to the announcement – 110 points. Experience in the subject of the position to be filled up to 84 months – 7 points per month. Excellent knowledge of a foreign language – 90 points. Very good knowledge of a foreign language – 60 points. Good knowledge of a foreign language – 40 points. Raising in a nursery or orphanage – 100 points.
Degrees
For HR positions, all that will be required is a Primary School diploma for those who graduated up to 1980 or an equivalent diploma from a lower Technical School. For the DE category, candidates must provide a high school diploma or a high school diploma, regardless of branch or specialty, or a technical vocational high school, regardless of specialty, or a general high school diploma or another equivalent and corresponding diploma from a local school unit or a foreigner. For some positions, some additional qualifications will be requested, such as Vocational Training Diploma (VET), knowledge of computer operation in the subjects: (a) word processing, (b) spreadsheets and (c) Internet services, proof of experience in a corresponding position, driver’s license, knowledge of a foreign language.
