The penthouse is located in the New York district of Chelsea. Beneath its windows, the Jackman family will be able to see the Hudson River meandering.
The apartment is located in a well-known building in the New York landscape. The famous exterior visual game was designed by contemporary French architect Jean Nouvel. The penthouse was originally put on the market last October, for 25 million. Looks like the price has been lowered…
Bright and refined, the main rooms communicate in a vast open space. The huge apartment has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a substantial dressing room. The exteriors have also been fitted out with an open-air kitchen and a terrace offering a panoramic view of the city. The building also has a few rooms devoted to leisure. The actor from the “X-Men” films can count on an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a cinema room for entertainment.

The 53-year-old actor and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness had recently separated from their New York triplex located a few steps from their new acquisition, in the West Village neighborhood, which they had acquired in 2008. They will move in accompanied by their two adopted children shortly after their marriage in 1996 : Oscar Maximilien (22 years old) and Ava-Eliott (17 years old).
