Human Fall Flat VR Launches An Experimental First-Person Mode On Steam

Take a New Perspective: ‘Human Fall Flat VR’ Gets a First-Person Experience

Human Fall Flat VR is embracing a fresh perspective.

No Brake Games, the developers behind the popular physics-based puzzler, have released a prototype of a first-person mode for Human Fall Flat VR. The new perspective is currently only available for Steam users and is being offered as a limited-time experiment for the holiday season.

” “a moreish expedition well worth your time,”

When Human Fall Flat VR launched in October, our review praised it for translating the “hilarious physics-based gameplay” of its flat-screen iteration into a fully immersive VR experience. [Human Fall Flat VR] received a four-out-of-five star rating.

Since its release, the studio has been actively seeking feedback from players. Following the introduction of this latest prototype, developers want to hear what players think about the change in perspective. They encourage players to offer their thoughts and feedback via a dedicated channel on the game’s Discord server.

Desire to experience this clunky, physics-driven world from this fresh angle?

Head to the “Beta Participation” menu on Steam and select “experimental_branch” to download the prototype.

Those who want to revert back to the original Human Fall Flat VR experience can do so easily—selections will return to the main version
of the game after reinstalling.

Keep in mind, this new first-person mode is still under development and primarily designed for single-player mode. It’s possible the developers may not continue developing it past this experimentation phase. For those who dare to enter this wobbly world anew, the current first-person perspective might be their only chance to experience this unique take on Human Fall Flat VR.

Human Fall Flat VR is available now on Quest, Steam, and PS VR2.
