“Human Resources” resolves the controversy over granting private sector employees two days leave

Al-Marsad newspaper: The spokesperson for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saad Al Hammad, answered the question: “Will private sector employees be given two days leave?”

Al Hammad said that the amendment related to reducing working hours and increasing the weekly leave for the worker is one of the files that are being studied on an ongoing basis, according to the newspaper, “Okaz”.

He indicated that the ministry had previously worked on proposed amendments to the work system, which were put forward through a public opinion poll platform.

He continued, “In the event of any developments related to the ministry, it will be published through the official website and its official social media accounts.”
