The National Agency for Health and Medico-Social Performance (Anap) is putting online a digital platform dedicated to attractiveness and loyalty in health and medico-social establishments. Self-diagnosis, mapping of human resources levers, employer brand sheet and interview templates… Around twenty key resources are offered. Communiqué.

Following a web conference on March 7, 2024 on levers for attracting and retaining professionals in healthcare establishments, which attracted many participants (available in replay), Anap offers professionals a dedicated platform. In a tense context, economic difficulties, working conditions or loss of professional meaning contribute to the worsening of job vacancy/rotation rates. Recruiting talent, retaining and developing staff is becoming a major challenge. At each stage of the process, the platform offers different tools to develop a coherent policy.
