So visible that it is not only clear to those around you what is happening behind closed doors, but also to victims and perpetrators. But in very few cases will the perpetrator (mainly men) use physical violence immediately. It is much more subtle forms of violence that go ahead. And they lead to the woman losing herself a bit more and more.
