Ammar announced, through his account on Facebook, that the musical arrangement for the song “I’m Extinguished” is registered with the US Office as Audio File, explaining that there is a code for the song’s file on the company’s official website, revealing all the details related to the recording date and the name of the right holder, and even possible Confirmation of his ownership before the courts in any country in the world.
He also pointed out that the musical interludes are written as a note and registered in his name as another solo right, revealing that there is a contract between me and the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab on this matter.
He also stressed that Sherine is the only one who has the right to exploit these details in all ways, threatening that whoever tries to exploit, use or imitate his music will suffer great harm.

The words of the music distributor came in complete contradiction to what the composer of the song Nadim Gamal said, who confirmed a few days ago that he gave up the song about a year and a half ago to Hossam Habib, adding that the details of the contract prove his words, explaining that this waiver was made before Sherine and Hossam separated from each other.
He also stressed that he did not have any information about why Sherine presented the song with her voice, indicating that he did not know anything about the behind-the-scenes agreements between the two former partners.

These developments came after Counselor Yasser Kantoush, the lawyer of the artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, filed a complaint with the Attorney General, Counselor Hamada El-Sawy, against her divorced artist, Hossam Habib, accusing him of seizing the songs of his new album.
Kantoush said that Sherine had a legitimate relationship with Hossam Habib, and that is why Sherine was granted the right to negotiate about her for her husband at that period, for all her artworks from choosing the lyrics, composition and assignment procedures from the authors to the artist.
He also explained that Shireen was issuing checks from her personal account, in favor of authors and composers, in exchange for giving up the works in her favour.
Because of the divorce crisis, Sherine was surprised, according to her lawyer, that her ex-husband was obtaining concessions from composers and authors in his favor and in his name without referring to her and forgetting her financial right.
