Shah Rukh Khan is all set to make the next 1000 crore this year. After the grand success of ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawan’, ‘Dungee’ is going to hit the theaters on December 22.
The teaser suggests that the film is about four friends who want to migrate to the US. Director Farah Khan has made a new revelation after the release of the teaser.
Farah says Dunki is similar to the script she told SRK years ago. But Shah Rukh rejected the script saying that he is older than the character in it.
”I was shocked to see Dunki’s promo. Because this story is very similar to the script of Shahrukh Khan’s previous movie Happy New Year. But Shahrukh did not like that first script. It was about four young men who wanted to get to Las Vegas.”
“Shah Rukh didn’t like that script then. Shahrukh replied that I am very old and cannot act so young. Farah Khan said in a chat show that the script written then was very similar to Dunki.
Farah Khan is the director who has directed the films ‘Me Hum Na’, ‘Om Shanti Om’ and ‘Happy New Year’ with Shahrukh as the lead. Meanwhile, Dunki, directed by Raj Kumar, stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani in important roles.
