The Islamabad District and Sessions Court warned once morest adjudicating appeals without prosecution in the PTI founder Imran Khan Idt case, following which complainant Khawarmanika’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi appeared in court and opened arguments. He also indicated to resort to black law dictionary. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 24.
Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjamand heard the appeals filed in the Nikah case in Idt. Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband Khawar Manika’s lawyer Raja Rizwan Abbasi did not appear in the preliminary hearing.
The junior lawyer appeared before the court and told that Raja Rizwan Abbasi is busy in the Supreme Court. He requested the court to fix 11.30 am for the hearing. On which the session judge said that I have given a warning if Rizwan Abbasi does not come to the court today then I will decide the case. After which the hearing was adjourned till 11:30.
The court asked the assistant counsel of Khawar Manika’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi that why Rizwan Abbasi is not coming to the court. The assistant lawyer replied that Rizwan Abbasi is busy in the Supreme Court, time should be given till one o’clock.
Salman Akram Raja said that we also have Supreme Court and High Court cases.
Judge Shahrukh Arjumand said that they will see till one o’clock, otherwise they will decide. The court once once more adjourned the hearing of the case till one o’clock.
