The affair surrounding the anti-Covid drug Paxlovid, which is missing in Austria’s pharmacies, is slowly taking on grim features. The attempt to manage shortages by Health Minister Johannes Rauch (Greens), who announced on Saturday that from Monday every pharmacy would have one pack of the antiviral in stock, failed resoundingly.
