Swedish developer Graewolv has now announced Veil, which they describe as a cooperative horror shooter. Here we play as a battle mage, but unlike Gun Wizard, this game offers realistic graphics and a very different take on the concept of magic. Here is the official synopsis:
“Demonic influence from the Veil is spreading quietly, and Vilumgrad’s warring factions have brought their power struggles to the brink of all-out war. Under the guidance of a mysterious elder, you form a loose-knit team of mysterious operators with other warlocks. To satisfy your arcane ambitions and satisfy your thirst for forbidden knowledge, you embark on a deadly mission to explore Vilumgrad and its shadow world, Veil.
The game already has a version with more information Steam page, but still no word on when it will be released – or in what format (besides PC). Check out the first trailer below, which offers plenty of gameplay.
