What is missing for the AFP 2022 Retirement Law to be approved?
- The signature of the majority of parliamentarians at the time of the vote.
- The delivery of the text to the Board of Spokespersons.
- The publication of the rule on the website of the Congress or the official newspaper El Peruano.
- Submit the opinion to debate and subsequent vote.
- If approved, the law must be sent to the Head of State for promulgation within 15 working days.

How will pension fund payments be made?
Although even without a specific date, it is already known how the payments will be made, there will be three withdrawals that will be carried out as follows:
- First disbursement of 1 UIT (S/ 4600) | Deadline of 30 calendar days from the presentation of the request to the AFP.
- Second disbursement of 1 ITU (S/4600) | Deadline of 30 calendar days.
- Third disbursement of 2 UIT (S/ 9,200) | Deadline of 30 calendar days.
