Admiring the talent of budding players like Dhruv Jural, Yashaswi Jaiswal and Rian Parag, Rajasthan Royals team management (RR) has assured their support to these players, captain Sanju Samson said. The actor said that the performance of these stars is very good and has a future.
Parag and Jaiswal are a key part of the Rajasthan team. While Jaiswal has already proved his ability with the bat, Parag has already proved that he is a talented player even though he has not played many good innings.
A member of the Indian squad for the 2020 U-19 World Cup, Dhru’s performances have been outstanding. The wicketkeeper-batsman has emerged as an impact player. The player made his debut with an unbeaten 32 off 15 balls against Punjab Kings (PBKS). Even though the performance did not benefit the match itself, it managed to make an impression among the fans.
Sanju says about the youngsters – “Dhruv Jural has been with us for the last two seasons and I think he has been playing a lot of domestic games. What we franchisees do is to have training camps right before the IPL and we will also bring domestic cricket players to the academy. They will be trained.
Samson continued:
“We conducted five to seven camps of one week each throughout the year in Nagpur, Jaipur, Chennai, Bangalore and almost everywhere. We ensure that people like Jural, Parag and Jaiswal get adequate training. A lot of credit goes to them.”
Jural’s explosive innings consisted of three fours and two sixes. He was brought into the team for Rs 20 lakh during the 2022 mega auction.
