The Economist Javier Mileyof Liberty Advances, will become the next president of Argentina after winning the 2023 general elections in the second round against Sergio Massa. In the case of Peru , President Dina Boluarte is not located on the left or center-left spectrum, so there would be no major tensions,” Escobar explained.

In addition to this, the internationalist points out that to have a more complete picture we must wait for the appointment of the Argentine chancellor, who will guide how relations with the country are managed.
