Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has ordered the transfer of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister and leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Party Imran Khan to Adyala Jail in Punjab province. The party had filed a petition in August demanding that Imran’s family background and social and political status should be kept in mind and he should be transferred to Adyala Jail with more security and facilities.
Imran is lodged in Attock Jail in the Tosha Khana scam case. More facilities were also arranged in the jail following Imran’s wife applied.
