“In a side conversation” .. clips of Mohammed bin Salman and Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni were circulated at the G20 summit

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists circulated on social media, videos and photos from the meeting of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on the sidelines of the G20 summit.

Last month, Italian voters chose the country’s most right-wing government since the fascist era, by electing the coalition led by Georgia Meloni and her “Brothers of Italy” party.

Meloni is considered the first female prime minister of Italy, and despite her political leanings, she told her supporters that she is ready to unite the country, noting that “it is important to understand that if we are called to lead this country, we will do it for the sake of all. We will do it for the sake of all Italians and we will do it with the aim of uniting This people. To focus on what unites them rather than on what divides them.”

It is noteworthy that Prince Mohammed bin Salman heads the Kingdom’s delegation to the G20 summit on behalf of the Saudi monarch, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the delegation includes a number of high-ranking Saudi personalities, such as the Minister of Energy, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman.
