The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced the second shelling of the border area of the region in a day from, according to him, Ukraine.

Gladkov also said that “it is already clear that there are injured civilians.”

Earlier on Monday, he announced shelling of the village of Nekhoteevkawhere the checkpoint across the border with Ukraine is located.
