Among them, Shoukai Co., Ltd. and its holding subsidiaries have achieved a total contracted area of 125,600 square meters (including underground garages, etc.), with a contracted amount of 3.323 billion yuan; cooperation projects have achieved a total contracted area of 129,500 square meters (including underground garages, etc.), with a contracted amount of 4.605 billion yuan Yuan.
From January to March, Shoukai Co., Ltd. achieved a total contracted area of 636,600 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 26.86%; the contracted amount was 20.170 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.39%.
