The Minister of Territorial Security of the Perm Territory said that all residents of the Perm Territory who are subject to mobilization have already been notified of the call. The military commissar of the Kama region also spoke about the progress of the mobilization.

– In the region in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 21 this year № 647 a significant amount of work has been done. <...> In general, 100% of citizens subject to mobilization have been notified of the draft,” Viktor Batmazov, head of the Ministry of Territorial Security, said at a meeting of the government of the Perm Territory. – Since September 26, measures have been taken to deliver those called up for mobilization to the assembly point of the regional military commissariat. The dispatch of those mobilized to the Tyumen and Sverdlovsk regions for education and special training is scheduled to be completed by October 1.
