Al-Marsad Newspaper: Consultant general surgeon, Professor Ayman Linjawi, revealed that all types of incense may cause “lung cancer.”
And he said during his intervention with the “Yahla” program: “We warn once morest all kinds of incense, especially since most of the incense is from the outside and most of it is added to wood weeds and other things that make the quantities of incense more.”
He continued: “We must make sure that we have the incense plant and conduct studies on it, because the plant itself can secrete these substances.”
And he added, “Incense is a major medical problem, and it may be a factor that leads to lung cancer,” adding that there are some people who have genes that are susceptible to cancer, and some have strong genes.
