Al-Marsad newspaper: Infectious diseases consultant, Dr. Majid Al-Shamrani, said that there are some symptoms that people suffer from following contracting the Corona virus.
Al-Shamrani added, in his speech on the Al-Ekhbariya channel: “Impaired memory and frequent headaches are symptoms of post-infection with the Corona virus, and they may last for long periods.”
Al-Shamrani continued, “There are some people who suffer from foggy memory, such as forgetting close things, and he may notice that this condition began to increase with him following infection with the virus.”
And he continued, “As for the headache, we have to compare whether this was present before the injury or is it a recent symptom.”
He concluded his speech by emphasizing that headache and memory impairment are common symptoms in some people with Covid, and they last for a longer period, from one to three months following infection.
