Al-Marsad Newspaper: Infection control consultant, Dr. Maha Al-Alawi, revealed the danger of seasonal influenza, noting that it may lead to death.

And she said during her intervention with the “Rased” program broadcast on Al-Ikhbariya channel: “The elderly who are over 65 years old, children under 5 or 6 years old, pregnant women, diabetics and asthmatics suffer from weak immunity, and their infection with seasonal influenza may lead to Admission to intensive care or death.

She pointed to the death of a mother and her daughter as a result of seasonal influenza.
