Al-Marsad newspaper: Khaled Al-Mobayed, a specialist in real estate affairs, gave good news regarding the real estate sector during the year 2023, stressing that it will be positive.
Al-Moubayed said, during an interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel, that there are great challenges in the real estate sector, such as raising interest rates, rising costs and inflation, but there are advantages that must be taken into account, and are no less important than negative matters.
He added that these features are represented in the presence of giant government projects, higher oil prices than expected, a surplus in the budget, and demand is increasing and growing, and therefore these forces are in contrast to the negative forces that are affecting the real estate sector.
